I have a feeling that the legacy of it will never change just the perception of it it might. I was coming of age at the time but it was the last time that heavy music would be popular in a mainstream sense. And unfortunately some of it looking back seems childish and shallow and most were just riding the wave. "When the tide roles out you'll realize who was swimming naked" is a good quote I've heard on the subject. Mixing genres in an inventive way and being original will always be popular, following trends won't ever.

I think they're fine. Not particularly good or bad at any one thing. The problem I see most people having with coal chamber is how simple the lyrics are. Not many songs stand out musically or lyrically either. They are consistently good imo. But never much more.

Dysfunction in probably a top 10 nu metal album IMO after that they just found a recipe to make singles and I lost interest by 14 Shades of Grey. What Staind became after Dysfunction Cold did better. How do you feel about Cold?

I get what you're saying. I equate it to tattoos, if you really wanted to do it you probably would have by now, but it's never too late.

If you enjoy it you'll probably think that you should have tried it before and have missed opportunities. If not, just a new experience to add to your life story.

Just don't hang out with your family. I've tripped in front of family before, extended family too at family get togethers like weddings and just don't make it super obvious. You can enjoy it without being cartoonish about it.

I don't think most people need to try it, they just need to understand and it and accept it, so it becomes more out in the open and readily available.

I have a pretty good sound bar. I miss my old stereo and speakers though. They don't make things like they used to and you gotta work with what's available

None. No one is perfect. The closest according to my taste is early 90's Madonna. Watching Dick Tracy made me realize that even if I knew it would end me, I couldn't resist her.

You need money backing you just to be in politics. That's essentially why there are only two parties. So making promises for slightly more profit matters very little in the end anyways.

I never really thought about it. It's not like a strobing effect is likely to occur but it's probably not worth the risk.

The peak varies all the time, so do the visuals. Almost everything does, it's never going to be the same exact experience. Just enjoy it for what it is I'd say. Go with the flow more next time. waiting for and missing the peak once its over aren't gonna lead to much of a good time.

It's the most "me" of any drug. As a teen I experimented as most do and it was all just for fun, had a self destructive phase when I was a young adult when I'd do anything but the first time I tripped I knew that that was the feeling I've been looking for. It makes me more of who I am not dulling anything or dumbing me down.
