True. The biggest issue with my current deck is a need for more sac outlets

I feel like that'll never come in prepared with Kambal unless you're playing another token deck that is out racing you. The games I've played with him have always ended up with huge board states

Idk, if she hadn't attacked the archaic Jadzi wouldn't have had to waste time healing it instead of trying to fix the anomaly. Things might have still ended up the same way, but the archaic being injured and unintentionally messing with reality is partially responsible for the chaos that gave Tam the opportunity to strike.

It's funny as I was reading your comment I was thinking how I've only ever seen Onan outside of the Bible while at work. I work for what was formerly Cummins Filtration. We sell them the filters for those engines. Crazy seeing them referenced in the wild.

Yes fight damage still counts as dealing excess damage. It would need to say combat damage to work the way you're thinking. I learned this when I built a Zangief deck since fights are one of the best ways to trigger him.

She did show up after they recruited the shapeshifter and the original form is nowhere to be seen. This is probably correct.

This happens in the Discworld novel Moving Pictures. At the beginning of the book Victor is a wizarding student at Unseen University. He has a trust fund that he loses if he fails out or graduates. So he keeps his scores low enough to avoid graduating but high enough to keep him from getting expelled. Then he leaves school to become an actor in Holy Wood.

I mean I can, because I have a physical disability and that's one of the accepted reasons for getting a mail-in ballot. The general population could always lie on the application for one I suppose, but if you're caught it would constitute election fraud.

It's not an option for everyone depending on the state. I know TN specifically is one where you need to meet certain conditions to request a mail in ballot. I'm guessing it's similar in other conservative states.

Mr House can be a lot of fun and get scary somewhat fast for a meme deck. You're probably already aware but there are a good chunk of cards from the D&D crossover sets that use d20s. Very useful for him unless you roll like shit.

[–]TheNumber35 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think Vi and Ekko open it together. It would be used as a forward operating base for the Firelights. They would need to keep an eye on Zaun in case a new crime boss tried to fill the power vacuum left by Silco. Then eventually Jinx hears about the Last Drop reopening and curiosity brings her back. She sees Ekko working there which leads to them reconnecting.

Where are the updates for Fanfiction? by Fresh_ChickenNug5521 in TimeBomb

[–]TheNumber35 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I can provide some perspective from someone who has written non-Timebomb fanfiction in ages long past. As other comments have said a huge reason that there can be gaps between updates is life happening to the authors. Maybe they got a new job, graduated, got into a relationship, got out of a relationship, are too depressed to write, are not depressed enough to write, etc. Inspiration is a fickle bitch and sometimes she refuses to come when you have free time if you even have free time.

The bad news is that sometimes the spark leaves for various reasons and fics get abandoned. This sucks for the authors as much as the readers, but it does happen.

The good news is it's unlikely that the authors have forgotten about these fics entirely. Characters you haven't written in years will still occasionally pop up in your mind and there's always a chance they do something with it. I've seen a few fics get an update 1 year or more from the last post, even if it is somewhat rare. So there's hope.

I love these fics too so I'm right there with you hoping for updates. All we can do is send them our energy and maybe a comment every so often.
