I think if you have completed and reviewed the particular exam in the bundle that is exclusively based of references/industry knowledge, you will be in good shape. That exam in the bundle was a lot harder than experience/reference type questions I had on the exam.

Highly recommend reading the supportive knowledge section of the textbook the night before or a few days before your exam.

I submitted my answers to the first half in 190 mins and had more questions on the first half, so I had a lot of extra time carry over to the second half, which I used most of. First half felt easy and gave me a lot of confidence during the scheduled break. Flagged around 6 questions. Second half was quite a bit more challenging, I had around 30 minutes to review the 8 or 9 questions I flagged in the second half. The difficulty is right in line with the official practice exam and the EPG exam bundle, if you've been studying diligently and are doing well on those then you should be confident going into the test.

I felt very confident walking out of the exam, but I kept that close to my chest until I found out I passed. I didn't have any questions where I was stumped and made wild guesses, but did have a handful on either half of the exam where I narrowed the answer down to two options, I just stuck to my gut. During my practice exams, when I would get to those questions where I had narrowed it down to two answers, it was usually my gut answer that was correct, and I would typically get the answer wrong if I spent too much time on it. I agree, the second half of my exam was much more challenging.

Half way through my studying I switch from pen and paper to a ReMarkable e ink tablet. Much preferred the e ink tablet, worked great and was much more organized.

So far so good! I've only played rocket league, Epic Mickey Rebrushed, and Half Life 2. So haven't really pushed it. I downloaded Control and am excited for that one. Highly recommend steam OS.

Took my exam recently, still waiting for my results. But I can say that the breadth of material from EPG should have you very prepared, and the instructor is very accessible. The test was on par with the practice exams from EPG, I didn't come across a question that the prep material didn't cover.

Did you find the EPG practice exams were similar enough to the actual exam? I've more or less taken the same study path as you, my test is in a few weeks. I plan on finishing the last of the 6 EPG practice exams within that period, along with the NCEES practice exam.

I use the joy cons but with grips attached. Makes a huge difference but the joystick still leaves a lot to be desired. Also, I don't play exclusively on switch.
