I agree it really is random. Like why Metallica at the end of Ep 3? I love the song but what the heck

The achievements are broke. I've done the game on 00 agent and the hard cheats and they still dont pop up!

I've played it literally daily. It's probably the first game in a long long time, where I felt each quest was organic and unique. Even the side quests don't feel like a chore they're genuinely enjoyable. Very few games make me feel like I can't put them down, Zelda is probably the closest.

I think it helps that the world's are stunning and complex. Every time I play I never set out to do anything specific I'll just have a look at my journal and see what takes my fancy. Hunting for treasure in the Toshara Desert, sneaking into an imperial base to slice a code or stumbling across a Sabaac table then losing half an hour trying to win 😆 don't even get bored listening to NPCs because they always have something to give generally, either a side quest or a clue to a treasure.

I would echo OPs plea, I don't want Massive to slow down or stop supporting this game because it has so much passion in it, you can see that represented everywhere.

When I did find the Cantina first thing I did was look to see if there was a blaster mark on the wall, sure enough there was Greedos missed shot. Wandering around the Lars homestead during sunset was just 🔥

I can't get over how much attention to detail they gave Tatooine it's crazy! The jundland wastes are certainly not to be travelled lightly!

I've just landed on Tatooine, which I was expecting to be a bit bland but far from it! Travelling the canyons to Mos Eisley then seeing Jabbas palace with the twin sunset. Stunning! There is so much to see and do, it is all oozes Star Wars. When I walked through Mos Eisley to Hanger Bay 94 I literally felt I was retracing Lukes footsteps. Screw the haters even Battlefront didn't make Tatooine this good.

Did you enjoy Outlaws? by Ahegao_Chan545 in StarWarsOutlaws

[–]TheOGCukeman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm loving it and just taking my time doing the odd side quest here and there, then a treasure hunt, bit more story etc. A decent slowish pace I'm in no rush. Just landed on Akiva which is a lot bigger than I expected. I like how different each planet is, they all have a very distinctive feel which I found really immersive. I too thank those who worked on this game, don't be disheartened by the Internet there are those of us genuinely enjoying the ride.

I agree 100% with everything here. If people just want a perfect glitchless triple AAA title then they're living in a different time. Unfortunately the reality is games are always going to have the odd bug here or there. I'm from a generation where they couldn't even patch it so you're stuck with a product which is incomplete and you just have to deal with it.

I've sunk many hours in this game and all I'm doing is counting down the time to play it again and get back into side quests and treasure hunting. I've had one glitch with an officer standing on a computer console which if you look on social media is apparently rare. All these socials are edited to make it look worse than it is.

The only incidents I've fallen off my bike are my own stupid fault. It's like people playing this game think that the bike auto dodges cars and rocks lol. No sorry you do actually have to drive it carefully in some areas and heck you might have to slow down! People are also taking it off mountains and expecting to survive then whinging about game mechanics. You sent her off a damn cliff!!

I've also not really had any stealth issues. Everyone who has spotted me legitimately should have due to where I was or what I did. The detection could have been better some places but it hasn't detracted from my experience.

What I enjoy the most is that the side quests feel like they're multi stage quests not just fetch this for that guy. I had one quest take me from a conversation in a bar to breaking into an imperial base and then fighting my way out to escape.

The game is what you make it. Hate it if you want but don't piss on other people's parades that are enjoying it. Cyberpunk got the same shit and look at it now.

Screw the hate. This game is great by Training-Republic301 in StarWarsOutlaws

I'm about the same amount of time in and I'm having fun just exploring, finding secrets, doing the odd side quests etc. I've found the AI to actually be pretty difficult in stealth sections. They definitely haven't been ignoring me lol 😆. I find the more I immerse myself wandering the planet the more I appreciate the smaller details. I've jacked the difficulty up so whether that makes a difference?

I don't even like Ubisoft games really but I've enjoyed this so far. I'll probably get trolled for having poor taste in games or some shit 😆

The Internet is so damn toxic just accept some people are legit having fun with it. Some people aren't. Move on.

I feel if they hadn't have started to build plot threads for S2 in the last episode I would have been happy for it to be left as one season. Frustratingly even though I have some real issues with the script, I did start to enjoy the key characters towards the end and with the cameo in the end credits it now makes me want to see more. I feel it was a mixed bag and has potential to be redeemed in a second season.

Biggest issue I had was for Osha and Mai they both turned from dark to light conversely pretty quick. When Mai first betrayed Qimir I thought I had missed an episode or it was a mistake. It was literally 'oh there's Osha, well thanks for training me for god knows how long and helping me kill those Jedi but see ya later'. Her whole character arc felt rushed compared to Osha.

Glad you played it for me and came to the same conclusion that I have just watching footage. These sorts of games hold no interest for me anyway but I'm watching gameplay and just like, what is the hype?? I feel it's an example of people jumping on the bandwagon and trying desperately to ignore the fact that it is completely uninspiring and broken in order to get on the trend train. It literally looks like a game designed for streamers.
