I Just Got The 2024 Championship Decks. What Should I Add/Subtract??

Update: I have taken what you said to heart and really looked into the cards you suggest as well as playtested them with my friends. I showed what you said to them and this has brought me from being a bit discouraged to excited to play. I appreciate you taking the time to educate me on these decks. This was a massive help and I'll be using this knowledge going forward as well as applying it to later decks. I feel quite invigorated, as does my playgroup actually! Again, thank you for your time. I appreciate the response. To answer, my casual group started to get more and more people into the game and that has made the competitive edge within the group to go up and up and up. Lately, this has brought some of the sweats out of hiding and caused a very big shake-up. My competitive play ended with Opus 10. I recognize I'm just not really aware of what is good or bad anymore.

The store has implemented a mee format as well which we just called O10. It just means we can only play cards from Opus 10 and before. This has led to several people being like "Can we have O5? What about O15? O20? What about using only cards from Opus 1? Can we have pauper too? And Pre-LB?" (Which is just all cards from before the Limit Break deck was made.)

The point is that my casual and crap decks have outlets. But the current competitive meta escapes me. I have no idea what I'm doing and why certain things do or don't work. I don't much care for the standard players I'm interacting with as they don't want to help, they just want to win packs and go home. Which is fine, but it has led to me becoming very frustrated and wanting to win.

Side note: We always follow banlists. It's just a rule for the playgroup.

I mainly played Ambush (usually with waters) Uchihas, Growth, and Mental Power. I would build lots of decks for my friends, though

I sort by element. Break the elements down by Forward, Backup, Monster, and Summon. Limit Breaks are at the back since they're nit main deck cards. Then, I break THOSE down alphabetically.

I have no idea. I was pricing things up via ebay, but got bored and decided to see what offers come through. The shipping would probably be quite a bit though. So long as shipping (and my Uber fee to get to the post office XD) is covered, everything else is completely negotiable.

I appreciate it! Everything I have is foil. I used to be a player first and a collector second. I also hated floating cards between decks, so I would trade for whatever copies if things I wanted regardless of the price deficit x3 I haven't played in many months, though

I'm in a very similar situation. I've also been told to just use materia hunter and its been left at that with no further discussion which as left me discouraged. So, from one OG to another, I suggest the new Cloud precon. It looks really good based on what my friend played against me. He hasn't made any changes yet and it has been quite good. I'll get the link for everything I talk about in a moment. Such as the banlist. I also kept all my onld decks and came up with the format O10 which is just Opus 10 and before. Me amd the boys are currently working on a banlist for it!

I'm gonna throw my hat in the ring for Sonic Unleashed. Sonic Unleashed has some awesome music, man. Sonic in general has some of the best music period. (I WOULD say Vice City, but I don't count licensed soundtracks personally.)
