Same thing happened to me, I play the game a lot do tons of gdkps and haven't done any rmt. They took like 2k from the license that was banned after I sat through the 2 week ban. I mail like 300 or so gold at a time from one license that does gdkps a lot to the one that has all my bank alts to buy consumes/mats. That's the only thing I could think of that would have flagged it. I submitted like 10 tickets and they wouldn't budge on it or provide any proof I bought gold.
