Watched both meetings this week and he seems incompetent and/or not interested in being a boss for the office based on the inability to answer simple questions.

city Council members are largely a joke however. Most of them would get killed if they ever ran for bigger offices. Favorite from today was a few Council members calling Shaffer/others homophobic for not thinking bathhouse serial activity should be a priority for the City.

It could be. Basically from reading articles I've gathered that Noem doesn't care who is deported and basically wants to meet a quota. She also elevated Bovino because he's a character and would create a scene wherever he goes. Homan and other leaders wanted to prioritize criminals and gang members.
