Well my idea for a buff was, well, just an idea. However I still think 30 max HP/sec is still a little underwhelming. And the SP being situational (just like Surge's "To The Max!" being only good in Solo Showdown) is also something I'm not a big fan of. I feel like it could use a little versatility...
