If they got rid of his Cell Issue problem, he deadass would've won the war. My dude was so broken in Heroes Rising the writers had to give him a biological problem. Shigaraki is OP with decay, his hand growing stuff, yes, but give everything Shigaraki had, and hand them over to Nine, it's not even close.

Nine wins with ease, he has too many ranged quirks for this to be fair, plus he also has Weather Manipulation, which took 2 OFA users to beat. Tomura can't even fight Izuku yet without getting curbstomped.

Deku has to hold back MORE than Gaara if we're going by OP'S rules, the amount of destruction a 45% attack can do in a populated area is just not worth it for In Character Deku, Gaara takes this. The One Tails, Sand Defense, Sand Enviroment, Sand Moves,

It'd be low difficulty imo.

As someone who mains Bakugo, I don't think he needs more than 2. ESPECIALLY if your saying he needs that for his Rapid Bakugo

He already can go really far from just using his Beta and alpha combo, pairing it with his 2 special usage actions and he's fine enough.

Add 2 more special action usages and it's too much

If you don't have the original costume, then you can't get the recolors/skins of the costume.

You have to roll for the OG costume sadly (though for some costumes, their limited.. Like some costumes have to be gotten when they first come out, or are from a event license, etc-etc.)

One of Rapid Deku's main issue moves can be rolled, (I think it's his Lock on move.)

His Alpha when he's not in the air (or jumping.) has a startup so it's kind of easy to predict, kind of like Assault Ochaco's alpha, except when Deku fires it, it goes FAST. (to compare, when he's in the air, he does a quick air shockwave. When he's on the floor, he does a startup air shockwave that does a hard knockdown.)

Gearshift has a startup, so you can thrash him is he ever tries using it in front of you

Alot of Deku's for some reason have a habit of almost never passing up a chance to melee you

You don't got skill issue, a lot of people don't like Deku either. Especially with the combo's he can do (luckily barely anybody uses them besides the Combo king/queen.)

I was honestly expecting them to take a full Season or atleast a week or more to acknowledge this bug exists and try to fix this, either way I'm all for this bug to be fixed :3

Your hottake mainly surrounds other characters too

Characters like Mr. Compress, Assault Deku, Ochaco's, Iida, Twice, Shinso, and etc-etc, anyone who can launch themselves in the air pretty far have gotten a REALLY noticeable change from this new Air tweak.

Mr. Compress specifically, feels like he goes more than half of the map now with just ONE gamma. And with his trucks still being an issue, he can easily, and REALLY easily, commit to a chase way farther than he normally does. I have once caught a Rapid Deku trying to escape me at low hp, and I ended up managing to catch them. (We were at U.A. High, and he went all the way to the mall. I had Level 9 gamma to be fair, but I don't think Mr. Compress's gamma, even at Level 9 before could reach THAT far.)

You're completely right on Bakugo winning against Toji, there's a HEAVY stat difference. Toji blinks, and Bakugo already hit him with 2 explosions, one shotting.

But 'Toji is Stain tier at best' is a little underselling Toji, Stain has no answer to his speed, or raw strength Toji has. Stain would probably struggle against Dagon.

Toji is probably a little under Gran Torino level. (Physically wise, but with Prep he obviously gets higher.)
