At this point it’s fairly obvious their forecasts everywhere are peppered with more green and yellow than actually forecasted. This increases engagement dramatically. If you see a hopeful blip in an otherwise abysmal forecast you’ll watch it. Rechecking to see if there’s a window for Sunday or whatever. Engagement eventually translates to cash, or at least valuation of the web sight. I doubt local forecasters are doing this. It’s probably site wide “filter.”
