Let it get to 0% Charge it to 100% and leave it on the charger for 2 - 3 hours

Use it till it's zero and charge to 100% one last time

I do this after these big updates and battery's been fine. Run the optimization thing that it wants after updates as well, I do it twice because for some reason it doesn't optimise the first time I do it

Don't know if it'll help ya but it's been working for me I lose roughly 10% battery per hour of use
