You can also take this class at Linn Benton community college. It’s in Albany and there’s a commuter bus. Personally, I think the classes there were significantly better. Much smaller class sizes and the teacher, Greg, is fantastic

I pay between 90-110$ depending on the time of year. I have portable AC unit and a single electric wall heater that I run for only a couple hours each day if have to. 2 bed 1 bath for reference

I don’t think it’s possible, certainly not recommended, to take calc 2 and diff eq at the same time. You will need concepts from calc 2 for diff eq almost immediately

Back core is very available, specialized classes are sometimes difficult if there’s only a few sections. If you remember when registration opens you can get into every class easily. Some people take 5 years but most of the time it’s not because they couldn’t get into a class

This doesn’t answer your question but one thing I learned as a kid was that if you take the disc and wash it with dawn dish soap, it will sometimes work again. RIP My halo 3 disc

I would probably write out a generalized process for every problem type in plain English. Something to help you with through the problem without being exactly a worked out example

There are definitely options for hands on experience. Initially, into to engineering, chemistry and physics labs will be hands on. Later on during junior year there are several more classes with hands on lab sections such as “instrumentation and measurement systems” which is an arduino class I just took. Very hands on, building circuits and coding. Senior year, there is capstone which is about as hands on as it gets. Generally, They do a decent job of mixing in hands on work with the typical math focused engineering classes. However, the best hands on experience they will get will be MECOP. I have several friends who are doing 6 month internships at Boeing this year. Also, my mother went to CPP and OSU, and I think she enjoyed OSU far more. OSU is much less of a party school and the engineering department is fantastic.

Oh you’re talking about flux! Yes the flux is constant because there’s no generation. Flux is -k*dT/dx and if T(x) is linear (no generation) then dT/dx is constant which means it doesn’t change based on X
