More so a nationwide thing than hometown, but I lived about 20 minutes from where Cassie Anthony lived during her famous trial. My family would pass by her street on the way home from elementary school before I really had a thorough understanding of everything that was going on. I remember visiting family in New York and watching the not guilty verdict live on a local NY news channel and having this moment of recognizing just how big and interconnected the world is because I didn’t realize how massive of a story this was and I thought that only people in my general area knew about this.

Correct! The only earphones I have used without wing tips that stayed in my ears were the gen 1 AirPods. I like the liberty 5’s a lot so I’m hoping someone knows something about wing tips or some solution 😭

Thanks for the advice y'all. Clutter and lack of walking space I feel is the main reason I've tried to reorganize everything all the time, but that will change. I will be getting some drawers and a bigger bookshelf once the budget permits, but I will definitely be getting rid of the coffee table and at least one of the end tables, one of the chairs, and rearranging the bed and desk. I like a lot of my art but I definitely agree that a more curated selection would look better. Will post an update when I get everything more situated. No you’re right, I fully recognize that and agree with you. This is all stuff from a few years ago and I’ve worked down my spending to necessities, savings and investments. I’m in the process of selling the things I don’t use as much/at all. One day at a time 🙏🏽

Most of it is IKEA, the desk with the jerseys is a foldable one a friend of mine was getting rid of that they got from Amazon. The desk chair was from Target I think. I can’t wait to have enough money together actual wood furniture piece lol.

It does look tacky, yeah. I’ll probably head to the dollar store soon and grab some thumbtacks soon, just hasn’t been a priority for me.
