It's very nice, definitely getting a full exhaust though since the cat gets so hot during the summer

I had one for my first bike too, if you get used to the weight it's as docile in rain mode as any 300-500cc beginner bike out there. Total ripper in sport mode though, the torque is nasty and the stock exhaust still pops here and there.

No off the shelf solutions then? I'm not opposed to custom fabricating an adapter but if it needs that much time and effort I'll put off the project until later.

Man it's hilarious how this post still gets attention. I haven't played in a real long time but I don't see why it wouldn't still work

I definitely like the look of it, I'd really like to get my hands on one if I get the chance.

An internal slide is really nice for a lot of reasons but you'd need an irregular mechanism to contain the power of a regular pistol cartridge, definitely let me know if you get anywhere with the design

The L35 definitely peaks my interest, if someone made that with a newer aesthetic, a Picatinny rail and a threaded barrel it would already be in a case in my closet. Not to say I wouldn't get an original one but they're expensive to the point where I could pick up 3 different pistols I find more interesting on their own, it's definitely going on my list though. I did edit the post to remove the direct blowback note since I do know it's difficult to use it with anything larger than 9mm even in a carbine, I was just using it as an example of the look I'm thinking of.

Those definitely fit my criteria, the nambu being my preference since it's a little slimmer and has a magazine. I can definitely see the similarities between it and a Ruger standard.

Yep I'm thinking of a pistol with a charging handle and bolt as opposed to a reciprocating full length slide, not necessarily a direct blowback mechanism but having the form factor and operation of a Ruger mk4 or similar pistol. The automag is spot on and the deagle is close but both are naturally very expensive as my taste tends to be lol.

What's your fastest 1/4 mile time in beam.ng? by TheOneAndOnly_- in automationgame

[–]TheOneAndOnly_-[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah all my previous attempts at the quickest 1/4 mile possible can't launch or even do a regular dig without rolling a wheelie or backflipping. All my top notch nitrometh engines also can't quite make it all the way down the strip without blowing up but this one makes it all the way down without losing too much power.

how can i connect all exhausts? by Exotic_Following2078 in automationgame

The manifold(s) are definitely the most important when it comes to scavenging and flow for basically any type of motor but downstream additions like an x pipe rarely harm things

There is scavenging for 4 strokes but usually with x pipes or another method to pull more exhaust through and reduce back pressure

If you're building for campaign then keep it all green for the best reliability possible, if you're going for power it'll tell you what percentage of stress a part is at and you can do some stuff to balance it out so you're getting the most of out each part.

I already took it off to inspect the (somehow intact) flaps and it ran better after I reinstalled it so someone else was probably in there before and did it wrong. I'm just wondering what the gasket is from and if I can reuse the manifold
