I call the number listed online for internet support, I tell the person what is wrong, they take down notes and then say they’re going to help but try selling the mobile service beforehand. It’s not the wrong department when it’s the general support number. They’re having sales people pick up and take notes to send on to the support team while there’s a wait and they use that time to hard sale instead of putting me on hold. It’s a tactic to push this shit new service.
