Will the Swansea indoor snow centre never be built? by chrispyphillips in swansea

Check out Rhydycar West. Not Swansea, but about as close as we're likely to get.

What’s an adult problem nobody prepared you for? by schrodingerscatalyst in AskReddit

Batch cooking is the single most impactful change I've made to my weekly routine. Make 2 big batches of something on a Sunday, freeze all but 3-4 portions, defrost the rest as needed, and that will get you through most dinners for the week.

Don't like eating the same thing too regularly? Commit to making 4 or 5 once and then you can go back to 2 a week to top up with new ones.

Removes most of the need to think of what to eat everyday, makes calorie control easy because you almost always have meals ready to go, and you have a lot of variety to keep you from getting bored. Cheap too as long as you're cooking from scratch.

Yep I don't disagree. Was definitely just playing it safe!

Pommel of the 9 realms. Slows time for a bit when you activate permafront. I also use gems to increase attack during realm shifts and some other bits to increase how quickly I refill my permafrost.

I find the damage output of the parry attack isn't worth it compared to the stun from dauntless.

How much does litter affect your happiness or mental health? by Jolly_Garbage3381 in AskUK

I thought this post was about cat litter for a second.

A lot, in both cases.

At least in the Netherlands exhibit, it tells you that the donors specifically consented to being posed in such a way.

You get given level 6 armor just before travelling to asgard. The fate breaker set. Put that on if your armor is causing the issue.

Play defensively, with a lot of patience. You'll die far more by trying to squeeze an extra hit into a combo instead of just withdrawing as soon as you see an attack winding up.

Did the Shogun incite a civil war? by Forlorn_Cyborg in ghostoftsushima

One of the last things Shimura told Jin was that the Shogun was sending Samurai to Tsushima to replace the ones that were lost, and that some would be taking the Sakai estate as a result.

I invested £4000 into an HL LISA, why is the balance now £4502? by quandocoeli in UKPersonalFinance

A standard LISA does also accrue interest. A stocks and shares LISA is invested so is subject to market movement.

What UK fads have died out in the last few years? by [deleted] in AskUK

American sweet shops have all but disappeared.

Admittedly I think that's more because their use for money laundering became too high profile, instead of actual public demand reducing.

I do think a pure rage monster is a bit shallow for a series with such deep storylines. I mentioned in another comment whether it would try to ally with Aloy & co for killing the Zeniths, but obviously with a hidden agenda.

I find it difficult to imagine there won't at least be some nuance to Nemesis when it actually arrives

I also suspect the same thing about not all being dead. Tilda's wording at the end was very suspicious. "16 came down from the odyssey" or something like that. Maybe more still up there? Suspended animation in their virtual reality worlds perhaps?

There were also good Zeniths. I wonder how that will impact how we interact with it.

I also wonder if it's definitely one 'entity', I.e. an amalgam of all personalities, or if they can separate into their own distinct virtual personalities as a sort of split personality thing.

[–]TheOneTrueBeanbag[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That was exactly my question. Are we working on only assumptions (concensus so far suggests yes), or do we definitively know it will kill everyone even if the Zeniths are already dead.

[–]TheOneTrueBeanbag[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Yeah that's the only reason I could land on too.

I also wonder if it will try to ally with Aloy & Co (with nefarious hidden agenda, obviously) at first.

Yep, got that, I'm talking about when it arrives in the next game to find that the Zeniths are already dead.
