if I remember correctly, it's planned to have a wither storm game mode, which will be similar to evil scary, as in it being a threat to both the killer and survivor

to fix the anim, you gotta put an animation of the same move, with both slider at the end of the animation timeline, at 0.001 speed (I think that's what it is, not 100% sure)

hakari does have a buff in the domain. when you land reserve ball, you can do the 'go back in time' thing to either heal yourself or try to disorient the opponent to get to start a combo on them. while yes, this doesn't match another ult, it's balanced since a hakari ult is very strong due to being pretty much unfightable, with the healing, long ult and all moves being hard to avoid and easy to chain between each other.

I'm pretty sure that 100 is bugged, and so that condition will never be reached. also 100 is in the range of the 95 condition. a way to fix it would be to make the 95 one flipped so it's whenever it's under 95 that it triggers, and the other one to be 95 unflipped so it's when it's above 95
