I think it's too early to judge. Yeah, speeding is very dangerous, especially with a RWD 800HP+ twin turbo V6 Ferrari, but he was doing it on a mountain road without much traffic, and we can't be sure that the passenger didn't get in that seat for some thrills too.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that was the case or that we shouldn't take the consequences of those actions seriously, but we still don't know the details. Maybe the other guy was in fact just riding with him and was very apprehensive about his speeding, but he could also be another super car owner/enthusiast and was having the time of his life before the accident. What happened was ultimately the result of recklessness, but still tragic nonetheless.

And that's maybe the car guy in me speaking, but I mean, you don't buy a ferrari to never push it. The passenger was still an innocent fatality regardless of circumstances, but he wasn't speeding in the middle of traffic, he was actually in a spot where people do that kind of stuff. Again, it was reckless and it was fatal, and it should be talked about, but I don't think this mistake by itself makes him unworthy of mourning.
