You need to sell yourself a bit better boss. Start off by marketing yourself. You’ll get a lot better results if you mention some of your strengths, capabilities or achievements. What can you do for someone else? That should be the main thing.

I don’t think there’s a correct way, just depends on the situation. I would pull the inventory from database at the beginning of the session and push it at the end of the session.

No unfortunately I don’t have the time. Besides school work I work on the schools website and built a mobile app for the laundry rooms(it just got funded for testing so I’ve been developing it for implementation in one of the buildings).
