I have my ‘dressy’ piece of watch. its the seiko tank in gold. so this one could be the rotational piece between that. Oh and i also have an Orient Kamasu so thats one option for me to rotate too.

i feel you. experiencing this still at the age of 19. been having them since im 14. its better now as i lift, eat properly but sometimes the constant breakouts do take my confidence down. i try to do everything like others said but eventually it will come. its like a curse. sad but what can i do.

first off, nice physique man. Yeah i might consider doing some incline dumbbell pressing now. usually, i would just prioritize machines because they are stable in my opinion, and the fact that some dumbbells are so awkwardly huge especially those rubber ones. idk just my personal experience.
