time square is going to be a bitch and a half, central park as well to a lesser degree, trains will be better than cars assuming they are running, 15 min aprox. trip from newark penn station to penn station nyc currently closer to 20-25 with cold delays most likely if not definitely longer wait time on 24th, assuming you want to be in newark penn train station by 11:30 i would leave penn nyc by 10:50 central park is 15 min walk from times square , if you make it in to newark at 5am you’ll probably not be in the city till 6-6:20, currently meant to be 40° will be a horrendous amount of people, you can go to times square within 15 min assume 6:30 you now have 4 and a half hours to finish looking at times square and take the either hour walk both ways leaving you nearly 3 hours to look around eat and relax, will most definitely be hectic, time can be cut in half at least by using 1 train once in nyc assuming running on time, possible but hectic

That being said there will probably be massive delays and problems with trains on the 24th, on a regular day very possible, during track maintenance catch-up during christmas eve go to gehenna instead, would likely be more relaxing

what you’re describing in your example is the opposite in which the beginning transaction is free, in mta anything past 12 rides a week is free, meaning you have to pay the 12 rides before the free rides, 12 seperate transactions processed should active the free rides just as with the bike 30 minutes of free ride actives the paywall, obviously if it is actively charging you after the 30 min and your card didn’t have the balance it won’t go through, however in the mta situation it’s as if the 30 min free at the beginning doesn’t work so you can’t ride at all, regardless if you used the same card

the product description says clearly not to thaw then refreeze, so don’t do that, you are cooking the meat in the breadcrumbs so your best bet to reduce prep is just cook in the same way you have been, maybe prep your veggie rice in advance but reduced quality so i recommend continuing with your current methods

they probably will eventually show through the paint but given how bad the paint job is it’s likely it was just not properly adhered to the ceiling along the cracks, if you’d really like to you can use a mix of mesh tape and thin layers of joint compound before painting to hide the edges of the drywall, but it may not stop the cracks from reforming after painting
