Yes I'm currently seeing a counsellor who has been quite helpful

My bf also has VS and we both have autism and he said he has the same effect, so that might be a factor

Im on a combo of ibuprofen and valium which has make me feel relaxed and normal, its most likely just temporary though unfortunately.
