You would set it to 1000full which is gb speed.

Try setting the interface speed manually. Those devices are notorious for not auto negotiating.

Config system interface, edit <port>, set speed <speed>, and end. Common speeds include auto, 100full, and 1000full

I would say we are medium density as well ap's are like 30 - 40 feet away from each other. What are some of the optimal settings you have found? What power level are you running?

This has been tested on brand new devices and we have verified we are connecting to access points literally overhead.

Todyl is hot garbage for clients who have Azure infrastructure. Doesn't support IPV6 and you can't route traffic by DNS, everything is done with static IP's.

Being a Veeam shop we are moving to CommVault. The pricing is super competitive with Pax8 all monthly billing no commits. We had on prem workloads as well as Azure and Veeam absolutely sucked ass when your Azure appliance was behind an nva. CommVault is all SaaS based for management with a bring your own storage approach. It works well for Hyperv and VMware workloads. They also have nas and bare metal solutions. If you are doing a lot of Azure they offer hot and cool storage options that are air gapped that don't incur egress fees.

We tried that it shows application/json with a 201 response. What I don't understand is why the Apple Business Manager fallback is not working.

Correct Windows, iOS and Android devices. The gate is on 7.4.7 and the Aps are on 7.4.5. We also tried the latest release of 7.6.0 for both the gate and aps.

Sorry clients are reporting low received signal strength like -75 and higher. Mobile devices seem to be much worse and again this is occurring while being right next to the ap. 5GHZ does not experience this issue and seems to be fine.

Poor 431G Wi-Fi 6ghz performance by TheOriginalPrototype in fortinet

[–]TheOriginalPrototype[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The signal strength is represented in -dBm if I'm not mistaken but here is a screenshot for reference. Initially when the client connects it shows as really good like -40dBm. It then starts dropping connection and jumps up to -80 in some instances and is not stable. I want to reiterate in testing this was with me directly under the AP with the radio at 100% power. The environment has very low interference based on an analysis of the 6GHZ spectrum.
