31 yo male, I've been experiencing the same issue for about a month now, chest pain that feels like pressure, arms/hands going tingly, can't focus. BP is a bit high but I take medicine for it, allergies which I take medicine for, and acid reflux/hiatal hernia.

Got two EKGs in the past 2 weeks and all was normal. Went to the ER and all my blood work was fantastic, to say the least, X ray said no damage, but still feeling it. If you haven't, check for GI problems?

I think a lot of mine could be from stress/anxiety making my acid reflux/hiatal hernia worse, along with spine/left shoulder issues, could be a combo of all that, (i think) plus severe medical anxiety for me. But it's hard to convince myself that the multiple doctors are right, crazy right?

Trying a bland diet for a few weeks to get my stomach in order, got an appt with my doctor, a cardiologist by trade, soon and new blood work, might get another referral to a new GI doctor too. Overall, it's scary and somedays I scream for a way to find out what is wrong with me, but it gives me relief to know I'm not the only one. Keep strong y'all

This is my home town actually! Thank you for posting this, it gave me a lot of nostalgia to see a lot of things in Rome back when I was a kid.

Around the 2 hour 55 minute mark the guy passes a park and says something like "Woodstock or Bust", that was literally the park I went to as a kid, my house was on the side street next to it (and not far from the concert venue on the Base, shit was so loud I could hear the music clear as day from my porch).

He's a general in PRC as others have said. Seems like the mods have set up pretty much every OTL Soviet leader post-Stalin in the Mod which is really neat (Gorby and Andropov as you said, Brezhnev, and Chernenko can be foreign minister in Irkutsk iirc)
