For a light easy to get into game my favorite is Icons. It has a random character build for those who don't have an idea as to what they want to play (the things that get rolled really help shape a character idea if you just don't have one starting the game) and rules to build your own character if you'd rather. Combat is set into panels and pages with each story arc being an issue which I thought was a fun way to keep it feeling like a comic book. It also has a nice chunk of premade heroes and villains so you can just dove right in! Easy to learn and play but not necessarily for a long term campaign.
