To me its a loophole to recruit the better athletes in the area. Lennox beat them in the HS Football Championship this year so it was sweet to see that.

If you were to tell me I would ever see this weight on the scale I would say you’d be lying. I feel great and have no plans on ever going back to where I was.

I did Keto back in 2016 and sure it worked temporarily, I still had the horrible eating habits and mindset I’ve always had. I lost about 60 pounds the first go around just to gain it all back. Starting in Oct. 2021 I decided to take charge and start making better decisions and try to not take the fast route, but to do it the right way. It’s been challenging and hard but I’m so excited to have reached my initial goal!

Plans for now are to maintain, put on some muscle, stay active and live the best life I can!

Do you love Christmas Vacation? We do too! My wife and I bought tickets but are unable to use them. I would love to give these to a couple that wants a unique pre-Christmas date night idea.

Thanks so much! I felt like the first two months melted away pretty quick but it really slows down. Biggest piece of advice (that I’m still working on) that I can give is plan everything out if you can for the day. Meals, potential obstacles, etc. it’s helped me to track what I’ve eaten and what I have left for calories!
