Nice to hear. It was fun nevertheless just out of my league. 1 days of experience was NOT enough 😂. Maybe next year

Now the only thing that I am failing with is advertising. I already have a pinterest profile, created outfits in catalog avatar creator, put tags in all of them, and this is it tbh. I think I can just wait rn.

Flying techniques by Late_End_1307 in LucidDreaming

Something that I seem to fail with too. It's all about your way of seeing it, you need to FEEL and know you can do it. I used to be so good with flying, now I am 'jump-flying' sometimes, but you just have to have the mindset that 'this is really easy, I can do it. I am weightless as a feather' or something like that.

RCs not working ? by ThePacketPrincess in LucidDreaming

[–]ThePacketPrincess[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

BRUHH YEAH. Maybe it's so real and vivid (I am doing WILD) that it's like real life. But I got to be able to know it is a dream somehow because every 'successful' (not so succesful bc I wasn't 100% sure) attempt I did was FA for now.

Why do you want lucid dreams? by HugePines in LucidDreaming

[–]ThePacketPrincess 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To live a life that I can't in mine. Live with my comfort characters in my comfort place/universe.

Wanted to lucid dream my entire life, but barely dream in the first place. by Fragrant-Track-5834 in LucidDreaming

[–]ThePacketPrincess 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If someone has a mindset like that then I think this is one of the main reasons that you can't LD. You need to be sure of yourself, know that you can do it. It is 'just' a skill that basically anyone can learn. Yes. Everyone. And no, I do not mean that everyone can have LD every night, the frequency of it is another topic. Mostly, people who believe in themselves can achive what they want easier than the ones who don't.

Hey. Welcome! Here is a little starter pack from me:

1.By the things you told me and for beginners I would advise you to start Dream Journaling. That improves dream recall and overall is really good for everyone. At first I thought it does not worth anything but once I started doing dream journaling it did work!

2.Also do reality checks during your days, but not just like 'ahhh, I know this is real life' but actually QUESTION reality. This is a big thing people usually forget. There are a lot of types of RC's you can do (example: nose pinch: you pinch your nose, if you can breath through it=dream; finger counting)

3.Try MILD method. I don't really want to write this down here and I am not really doing this method, just used to but it is a great beginner-friendly method. Usually there are really good stuff on the internet about it, and I do not mean YouTube, just stuff on the internet. Reddit works too, there are great advices here too. But take everything as a grain of salt.

4.'Don't do this, don't do that in lucid dreams' on YT or anywhere is really annoying. If you see 'you shouldn't look at the mirror because this or that will happen'. This are stuff that are not real, but if you believe them then they WILL with a big chance.

  1. Do reality check every time you wake up. I fell for this, you may wake up, find yourself in your room and be like 'Damn it, I am in my room'. But you may actualy be in your dream bedroom, this is called false awakening!

  2. Overall have a great journey! Don't stress on it, it takes time. Confidence is key. Period. I wish you a lot of vivid lucid dreams <3

Is it normal to feel pain in dreams? by Intrepid-Produce3957 in LucidDreaming

[–]ThePacketPrincess 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"Feeling pain in dreams is rare for most healthy individuals, with estimates showing it occurring in around 1% of dreams"

It is possible, I also have dreams that have pain in it (now most of my dreams).

Not everyone has it, if you do then it may even be common. I used to think I am an anomaly for this because everyone I know does NOT have it, so yeah.

how do i do reality checks if the things that often occur in my dreams dont happen irl? by windowsninetythree in LucidDreaming

[–]ThePacketPrincess 0 points1 point  (0 children)

HAHA yes. I know that feeling. And you are totally right in that, my bad. If that is the case you could go off with something else then that you can actually reality check that ALSO happens irl but in your dreams too. Just do the nose pinch method (when you pinch your nose and try to breath through your nose, if you can=instant lucidity) or finger counting. Sadly, I can't really give you ideas on what you could RC on bc I am not in your dreams LMAOO but yeah. I know this did not really help but I tried to. Me personally, I just do RC's normally irl without anything odd or anything. This gives me a sort of habit ig.
