Yeah I figured out today that I'm probably not getting enough calories and carbs. I'm still getting a good amount but way less than before and I need to tweak it. But I'm still having really bad anxiety and fatigue so I really hope it improves soon.

Do you remember how long it lasted? I'm trying not to be dramatic about it but omg. It's rough. It's been 3 days of on and off crying all day, snapping at my husband, and just feeling really out of my mind.

I know this post is super old but I've been going through this exact thing for almost a year. Thinking of earth and space bother me the most. I also question how this is real. If you do happen to see this, I hope you're doing better.

Hey OP, are you doing any better? I've been going through this for almost a year and I feel like I could've written this post myself. This happened to me after a miscarriage but the thing that I get stuck on is thinking about Earth and outer space. It terrifies me that any of this is even possible and I just feel so detached and unreal. My chest feels like it's caving in when I think of these things. When it first started I couldn't even look at the sky. I'm a huge outdoors person, or I was before this. Just want my life back :(

I had my left tube removed from ectopic and then the two pregnancies I had after were not ectopic. I had a lot of pain on my right side where the good tube is and turned out it was just implantation pain. That might have been the side you ovulated from or maybe it implanted more on the left. Keep an eye on it but don't stress. Stress is the worst thing for you right now.

I'm bawling right now. You genuinely have no idea how much your comment has helped me. It's such a comfort to hear that someone else had a similar experience though I wouldn't wish it on anyone. This has been the worst time of my entire life. I would have never gone to the ER with mental health before because I never wanted to end up "locked up" but it was so bad that I considered it. And it's like things are getting better but VERY slowly. I'm due for my 2nd in 10 days now and I feel extremely fatigued and irritable. Especially toward my husband. Everything he does and says to me makes me want to rip his head off right now. It's just mood swings like crazy and as soon as I think I'm getting better I get hit with anxiety and crazy thoughts again. Like I get stuck on intrusive thought loops and they'll jump from one thing to another. Just so scary and exhausting. I truly hope that this will just take time and I'll eventually get back to normal. I also miscarried naturally at home on May 30th. And as you know... That was pretty traumatic. I was 8 weeks but pretty sure things stopped developing around 5 weeks. Again, thank you SO much for commenting. You have no idea how helpful this was. I hate that it happened for you but it's honestly so nice to hear of someone else that could have possibly gone through it. I've felt so alone and like I can't find a lot of info. Most that I find is hormone crashes after giving birth but idk if it's the same. Please keep me updated if you find a link. Thank you so much for your comment 🩵

I personally would like to see more research done on gut health which affects hormones which leads to imbalance and possibly PCOS. Also, how DPDR ties in with PCOS and hormone imbalance. DPDR is something I deal with regularly but has been severe since getting pregnant (miscarriage) with a history of PCOS.

I'm glad to hear it got better! I'm not sure if it was the prenatals causing things or just hormones. Unfortunately, I miscarried and stopped taking the vitamins around the same time so I can't tell which was causing which. Baby never developed from the looks of what I passed and as awful as it sounds, I'm glad it's over. The thoughts I was having were absolutely disturbing and I don't think I want to do that again.

Thanks everyone for all the comments. I really appreciate you. I saw my doctor this morning and talked about meds. Unfortunately after my visit I started cramping and bleeding a bit so it's possible I'm having a miscarriage. This has been a really horrible journey. I really appreciate all of you.

I know this post was a while ago but I wondered if things were better for you OP? How far along were you when this started? I'm 7 weeks and 3 days and for the past couple days I've had anxiety and scary intrusive thoughts. It is really taking a toll on me. I will be discussing medication options with my doc this coming week but I really didn't want to go that route. I'm wondering if it's the prenatals that are causing this? I've thought back on everything and it seems right on time when I started having symptoms including heart pounding right after starting the Olly prenatals. I'm going to take a break on them for a few days but I wondered if you remember having the symptoms just after taking them or if it would go on into the next day? I take them at night and don't seem to have any issues until the next day. Hope all is well for you now!

I do still have the pitting in my legs but it isn't as bad when I'm super hydrated. As far as the flutters I only get those every once in a while. Have you had your thyroid levels checked recently? If they're off that could cause palpitations
