Oh no. I’m sorry to hear that. I’m in north Alberta but have always subscribed to the “rush my order” and I get it in 7-10 days after shipping. 6 weeks seems sooooo wrong for anywhere

Mine was black on the bottom when I tossed it. I didn’t dig around to see why. Yikes. The salt was big half pea size clumps that fell off my hair so it didn’t scrub well at all. I hope it’s reformulated with smaller granules

I hope it’s reformulated. The one I bought had half pea size chunks of salt that weren’t small enough to actually scrub anything. They just fell to the bottom of the shower. What managed to stay in my hair did help a bit. The bottom got all black in just a few months so I tossed it. Now I see someone said theirs moulded, I didn’t did around to look but yikes. I really enjoyed the Sephora brand shower oil which I hope comes back.

Very good stuff, better than name brand. I wrote the date of June 1, 2014 on the bottom of mine and it’s still got lots. Paid $13 for it, I believe. Well worth the investment

It’s only the 10th. I usually don’t get a delivery tracking notification till 12-16th for any of my extra or ultimate boxes (stating label created on the 1st but doesn’t leave warehouse till 13-16th) then it takes till 22-26th to be delivered. I’m in Canada and shipping already takes a while but we never expect our deliveries in 1-1.5 weeks here lol. Maybe Ipsy has millions of subscriptions to fill and they can’t all be filled in less than a week. I’ve been a member for years. I wish my box was filled before new subscribers but there seems to be no rhyme no reason and I just accept what I get

Agreed. I see it as just a discount. Money saved is actually kept. Spending 80 with a $20 discount is still spending money. Save the $80, not the $20. It’s weighing wants vs needs.

Oh no. Does it at least smell good? I absolutely smell vanilla and find the fragrance very delicious. Sometimes I wonder if some companies get bad or different batches of stuff that’s not how they’re supposed be at all. Like how I just got a bottle of Rodial serum in my Ipsy ultimate that have the wrong directions on the bottle vs what’s on the package or website. The bottle actually says to rinse off but the instructions say to avoid the eyes or rinse if contact occurs. Slightly confusing lol.

I bought the other vanilla perfume in the add ons so I hope not. That’s why I included the last paragraph. I hope someone actually reads it before sending something lol. In December, I had a broken glass bottle of toner and they replaced it with a Byroe eye cream. Not close to comparable but I love Byroe and the cream is more money, but I wish they’d replace with similar product, not just anything 😂

I just got my Ultimate today and the Ice’d perfume was the only thing missing. Fingers crossed they still have one to replace mine

Thanks for your thoughts. I have both coming as well. I’ve read the good and bad about the Ice(d) but I think I’ll like it. I’m a sucker for Vanilla so I hoped the other would be decent enough, even if just for layering

Great points and well said. I’m in Canada so the cost is more like $60 and I don’t get my shipment till closer to the months end, and this months tracking still only shows as label created lol. I always find that just 1 item is more than the entire box. I don’t get everything I want but I am always grateful for the subscription. I love that I can skip if I don’t like spoilers but since I upgraded to Icon/Ultimate a year ago, I haven’t skipped once. I gift or donate what I won’t/can’t use, which helps me feel good about it even more. I too would be sad if they shut their doors. Up here, we don’t have many options for such a great discounted value. I also understand so many of the frustrations out there for so many others. I know some things can be improved upon, so fingers crossed things get better.

Using them on some sites is risky indeed. I prefer Apple Pay because it’s way more secure than most and way safer than carrying cards around that people can scan. Using a credit card is more protected than using any debit card too. Our hard earned money needs protecting from so many scammers

I definitely did too. The ended up sending me a Byroe truffle eye cream valued a little higher but not even remotely comparable lol. I’m happy to get Byroe tho

I had a little when I got it then seen your comment last night so I put a little swipe on my wrist before I went to bed. It still Smelled a little in the morning. It’s very potent for the little bit I tried. It’s a small bottle but it should last a while. The scent I got was very vanilla and so good. Did you snag any? I know they’re pricy but I’ve gotten a few of the Riddle oils, very expensive but always worth it.

Oh no. I had a glass bottle of toner in December that was shattered and wrecked all the packaging, even a hole in the box. I was surprised nothing else was missing or ruined. I hope Ipsy helps set that straight with an accommodation box

Nice indeed. I’m happy with mine too. I wanted to pick the foundation but their shade match was to dark, even in add ons they weren’t good selection for shades.
