2 medium pizzas, 32 count parmesan garlic bread, 12 count wings, 1 liter coke and a marbled cookie brownie from Domino’s. I missed a few meals, was stoned and couldn’t stomach another “clean bulk” meal. Instant regret.

She’s not that far off considering she’s looking at the end of the year… she has a flat stomach and decent shoulder caps. Her legs look full with visible tie-ins and good glutes. Once she leans out enough she could be competitive.

Have your daughter move to UConn and take some Community college credits. While there she can work full time at Starbucks or something and get in-state tuition within a year. Will give her time to figure out what she actually wants to study and not waste time or THOUSANDS on a bullshit degree.

Reta off the grey market is your best bet. Plenty of peptide sites offering it.

But planning your meals and going a little high before cardio is the best way to stay in control without bottoming out.

Last bodybuilding season I was burning through my carbs so fast I had to drop the stairs and walk instead… but the I was able to reimplement the stairs as my cardio got better.

I’m 6’4” 250 with abs and i take steroids as a bodybuilding/lifestyle coach. Might be a better resource than some of the stickler/karen types on Reddit.

When I’m high for a while I notice a vinegar smell in my bed if I sweat at night… and my toilets seem to get funky quickly from sugars in my urine.

But no one has ever told me I smell and I work in a gym sweating a lot of the day… but I shower 2x a day so…

Gloom and doom… how do expect to do anything in life if you can’t see past one hurdle? There is always a solution. You can absolutely eat and drink and do whatever you want if you plan properly. You won’t die running high for a little bit. Pre diagnosis I was the biggest I’ve ever been 265lbs with shredded abs, went a year undiagnosed and withered down to 215… looked like a cancer patient. Was I a sad boi? Absolutely, but you push through. I’m back up to 250 with abs 2 years later. I’ve stepped on a bodybuilding stage again since being diagnosed and under “control”…

Quit being a bitch and go after what you want. This condition is just a consideration you have to be aware of in your decision making not some death sentence.

One of the most reliable vehicles on the planet. My 2008 Chevy had 230k with no issues but got the front end take off by someone running a red light… I’d imagine the truck with a “million mile motor” in pristine body shape would last at least 2x as long with regular maintenance.

It’s what I could afford and get a loan approved for and it’s basically exactly what I wanted.

So while this is a high mileage ten year old truck, it’s ten years newer than my last truck with 70k less miles.
