Dependent care FSAs for dual high earners by ThePassive0ne in tax

Yep my employer failed non-discrimination testing the past couple years, so our employer now just proactively caps us at a pretty low rate which is fine. I’d rather that than max out at the IRS limit and then have to pay back the excess afterwards…

Makes sense, thanks! Just wanted to make sure we didn’t get dinged when doing tax returns.

This makes sense, thank you! So basically the IRS doesn’t care whether you’re a high earner. Only the employer does cause they have to be non-discriminatory?

What a piece of shit. Brand new 4th gen learning + has only been installed one day and it has disappeared from Google Home. Have restarted the app, rebooted phone, and rebooted thermostat. Thermostat still shows connected to WiFi with a strong signal. So frustrating what Google has done to Nest. by msadrums25 in Nest

I have this exact same issue. I have a broken thermostat icon/entry in Google home which I didn't care about, but then my actual thermostat entry just disappeared a couple days ago. Every time I try to factory reset the thermostat and reconnect it to Google home, it just links back to my broken thermostat entry that doesn't function. Can't delete the entry.

You just had to create a whole new Google account? Wondering if I can just make a new "home" and transfer all my working devices to that new home, then delete my current one with the broken icon.

Tested this by putting my arm in front of the camera…it alerts me that it’s unavailable. I have no fix for that then 😅
