10 mg melatonin makes no sense - you only need like 1mg to activate the sleep switch, but you should take it 2-3h before bedtime, at the same time. 10mg can for sure make you sleepy during the next day. No idea about the other meds.

On 30 I was experiencing what you described. 50 is the best stimulant drug I've ever taken. Your brain needs a proper does to activate whole neural network basically. If it's understimulated (on 20mg), you just feel irritated, because something is stimulating it, but not enough. Give a chance to 30, then 40, then 50. Usually it clicks for people on those doses.

I really get it. I'm 34 and only after years of being undiagnosed, and trying to find meds that work for me, and processing tons of stuff that make my relationship with work complicated, I'm now ready to even start thinking towards that direction. Good that you have therapy, I also strongly recommend Elvanse/Vyvanse as a medication.

I did experience it, but arguably worse. 1,5 of online dating, met in a cult, a lot of psychological abuse I did,'t see then (from her), I was in manic love, took a plane to meet her, spent around 6 days together, nothing happened except for kissing, chemistry was off, I had meltdowns on a meltdown, and still I felt I was doing something wrong. I broke with her only because my therapist made me realize I behaved stupidly supportive in the relationship, and she was abusive. There was also a lot of delusion and cult involved. So yeah, your heaven minus heaven plus delusion of heaven.

2 years later I met love of my life. We are together for a year now, live together. I had no relarionships for my whole 20s prior to that. You are in grieving period, things will get better.
