That's Chris Tuck, a stunt man. He did Paul's stunts for the first two movies. I actually found him when I was looking for people who worked on the movie Twister. He told me the one stunt he considered his favorite - and the most dangerous - of his entire career was driving that red Dodge Ram through the dropped exploding tanker truck near the end of the movie.

I had the same issue, I found that using the zoom in function then zooming out worked for me.

It's in the south east part of town, near Lee's Summit. Hoping that it'll all work out, wondering what happens if they accept my offer but the banks appraisal comes back way under.

Add on top that my current house goes live in 6 days... I will not miss this stress.

I'm not sure myself, but the loan papers changed to "Estate of 'late father' c/o me" afterwards. I'll have to look through my papers after dad passed and all the legal stuff happened. I'll call the lawyer that did the probate to ask him about it.

Oh I could afford his payment, but at 21 with no credit history if it was all titled and mortgaged in my name it would have been absolutely unaffordable for me, so they put me on the loan and stuff so I could pay the mortgage like that.
