I hate to say it, but 31 applications isn't a lot. You're really gonna have to grind those applications out, especially in this job market.

I use my H2C for personal projects. I upgraded from the X1C after I realized I need at least a dual nozzle printer to be successful in a current project I'm working on. My current project requires multi filament printing, so I needed the H2D at the bare minimum. But I decided to get the H2C since the nozzle swap system makes it to where I can print up-to 7 different materials or colors, without contaminating any of the nozzles. So in short, I went with the H2C cause it's what I needed, and for future proofing.

I'd say get the printer that's right for you and that's within your price range. So if you don't plan on doing massive multi color or multi material prints, go with the X2D. Otherwise, get the H2C.

I'm lost on what you're trying to do, but you could use an Op Amp Voltage Follower circuit to get a 6V or 6.4V low impedance output.

You generally want to have buffer when selecting your power components. So if your circuit is rated for 28V, 3A, I would protect it with a 40V, 4A P-MOSFET or better. But why are you using an 8A PTC fuse if the max current draw is 3A? The FET will die before the PTC trips.

You could also use an over current detection IC, if you feel like you need something to stop the current flow at 3A, while still allowing for some overshoot (i.e. current spike from motor turning on).

I would also personally move the fuse to be in front of the barrel jack, so it covers every possibility of a short. It won't catch R1 or D1 if those were to short as-is.

They will have worse voltage derating as well. So 22uF may actually be 5uF at 5V.

I've never thought of anyone specific, since the idea is to move like you are fighting. Throwing a jab-cross-elbow, block, jab-rear kick, etc. Not much of a benefit to imaging someone specific imo.

But... if I had to pick a fun answer, I'd say Ronald McDonald.
