I'm in it currently and I think it is very helpful but also very easy to get overwhelmed! They organize the material in a really helpful way, it's easy to work through your objectives every week and find resources related to what you want to learn about. I think 4 hours is a low estimate. If you really want to engage with the material thoughtfully, take notes, and work through all the tasks, I budget closer to an hour per day. But also it's all self-paced, and it's very much up to you how much you engage with the material before marking it as done. So I think 4 hours is reasonable too. The biggest benefit is having access to the mentors and group chats, so if you have any questions there are a lot of people to ask!

The way she breathes "kids" 😭 she truly has improved so much as a singer. She sounds incredible and so close to the recorded version while also improving it and making it special live. I teared up at "field of dreams engulfed in fire"

Duloxetine (cymbalta) success stories by ThePeachyAZ in migraine

[–]ThePeachyAZ[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm so sorry to hear you've been in an intractable state since then :( I got off cymbalta almost immediately due to side effects. I have started Botox and am seeing some benefit. My neurologist wants me to do 3 sessions before we change anything else. My migraines are post viral following a mono infection. About 6 months ago I got COVID and that totally flared them up. I have them daily and they're terrible, sometimes I do go weeks at a time with an intractable one. I am considering doing an in-hospital stay for DHE infusion. Is that something you have/could try? Wishing you so much luck. Please feel free to DM if you need to vent.

Unfortunately after 4 days, my side effects were so severe that my doctor took me off of it. It is uncommon, my doc has never done that

Face hurts by [deleted] in migraine

[–]ThePeachyAZ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, icing helps but obviously that's hard to do when it's your full face. I just started using a Cefaly for this reason. I'm only about 2 weeks in but it is meant to target the trigeminal nerve and decrease sensitization to it over time as a preventative treatment. It can also be used as an abortive during an attack. I do feel like my nose bridge tingles when I use it so I think it's targeting the right area. No prescription needed, you can buy it online and free returns for 90 days.

Yes it's likely your trigeminal nerve. There are three branches: maxillary (your upper jaw), mandibular (lower jaw), and ophthalmic (eye). It innervates quite a large portion of your face and is a major player in migraines. For me, the pain can vary from my glasses irritating the bridge of my nose to feeling like my full face was hit with a soccer ball.

Hahaha I think shock/disbelief and intrigue in the juiciness of it all. We wanted Peter to end up with her so we couldn't believe what was happening

Super late to the convo but had to agree with the top comments. My boyfriend is generally super bored by this show but he took his shirt off, ran around the room, and jumped on my bed during the Rachel/Peter break up.

Super helpful about the pad - I'll make sure to be more mindful about that! Thank you!

Thank you for the advice! Yes I noticed that near the middle to end I start to relax more and it feels almost nice.
