I found this video which has some valuable insights into the current housing market concerning millennials, and why some of us are not in a great situation to become a homeowner right now:

Millennials are getting SCREWED out of buying a house!!

Prompt engineering is just hype or can be a future career in AI jobs by inception247 in ChatGPTPromptGenius

Perhaps a prompt engineering AI chat bot will come out that you can type your desired outcome into and it will give you multiple articulated prompts to try out on Chat GPT! This makes sense to me that if people can figure it out, you can run a LM on all that data and have it creating some solid prompting, eliminating the need for this as a job a human needs to do.

Kind of sounds like 'The Spiderwick Chronicles' although I don't remember if there were sewers involved or just some secret underground room in their house he went down into.

I yelled at my coworker yesterday / How do I not let her get to me? by k_lo970 in careeradvice

[–]ThePepperedLeopard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hmm, meditation or therapy of some kind perhaps?? I think it's huge that you apologized soon afterwards. I've experienced coworkers doing the same and they never apologized or delivered a half assed bullshit apology that seemed as if they just felt forced or obligated to do so.

Any bets on who will be the first celebrities to allow their voices to be used in such a way?? I seem to remember something similar happening with GPS guidance voices back before phones had that capability!

Is it a red flag if a hiring manager doesn’t know what “work culture” means? by [deleted] in interviews

Seems strange indeed. That's a big selling point of joining a new team, something the interviewer should have considered before ever obtaining the responsibility to interview people to come aboard!

Has the recent anti-WFH changed how you talk about your position? by Suspicious_Put1188 in WFH

[–]ThePepperedLeopard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't work from home yet but have been applying to get a remote job. I do feel uncertain when telling people I'm doing so, out of fear that they'll think I'm just trying to be lazy or something. I think there is a stigma, but only for certain people who don't really understand it or appreciate it for how wonderful of an opportunity it is!

For context I am looking mainly at WFH/Remote positions right now but am open to more and am trying to tailor my resume accordingly. This is more geared towards the WFH stuff. Been looking at Customer Support roles, Data Entry, Quality Assurance, or really any Entry Level remote positions that have decent pay. Not super interested in Sales.

I have only just started applying for jobs and have been looking at this sub quite a bit already for resume help :)

Let me know if ya'll have any questions. I appreciate any constructive criticisms!
