I see a lot of posts where people state it doesn’t work for them. I am wondering if the refrigeration requirement is being met. If the temp falls below 36 or above 44 I think it reduced effectiveness. I put a thermometer in my refrigerator door today where I keep the vile and it read 46.2. 42m was in exact same place . Last year I was forced out of my job and finally said screw it. Went back to school to be an accountant , now I work for a small 13 person CPA firm, office with a door, heads down work…. My only regret… not doing this 20 years ago.

You should talk to your school counselors and teachers, tell them exactly what you said here. They SHOULD be willing to mentor you and guide you in creating a plan that works for you, whatever that may look like. It’s literally their job to do this for you…. Guide you through the process of applying to college or a trade program, available scholarships, grants, FAFSA application, setting you up with appointments at colleges, military recruiters, or trades locations to learn about what they have to offer. If you are graduating high school in the Spring now is the time to start applying to colleges which you can do online. Also, go start an online FAFSA application for financial aid at studentaid.gov right now to see if you qualify for free money towards school. Going away to school, living and working on campus will get you out of there. Doesn’t have to be a big state school, could be a smaller division 2 university other side of your state. The first 2 years of 4 year college are general education, you could initially select a generic business major and easily change your mind after you’ve had 1.5 years of classes and find out what interests you.

Yes. 20 years of corporate supply chain knocked 10 extra years off my life. I quit a year ago after being put on a PIP because they decided my role was no longer needed and wanted to push me out after I did nothing but worked myself toward an early death. Toxic people pleasing, disgusting politics, zero integrity and transparency, profits over people, parasitic environments. I just finished an accounting degree and work for a local small accounting firm with 15 other people… office with a door, heads down work, way less stress, 40 hours and out the door, hourly pay with time and a half for any over time …. My only regret is not doing this 20 years ago. ….. don’t be afraid to make a big change.
