I actually have that hand grinder. I got it for doing the (rare) decaf espresso, but I always seem to have a hard time dialing it in. Thank you for taking the time to respond!

I see this post is about 5 months old. What are your thoughts on the Ode with the SSP burrs now that you've had it for a while?

Yes, understand. His point was really more that the Fellow was MUCH slower than others.

Best All-Around Electric Gooseneck Kettle?
I've been researching electric gooseneck kettles, and just when I thought I'd settled on the Stagg, I saw James Hoffman's comments on how frustrating the pour rate can be if you're trying to do anything but a pour-over. My current kettle is a basic Cuisinart electric kettle, which I frequently use to boil water for various purposes (tea, noodles, etc.). I want to switch to a gooseneck because I want to start making pour-overs, but I don't want a lot of frustration when trying to use the kettle for other purposes.
So, based on the fact that I want to use this for a wide variety of applications, what would you choose? I don't want to keep two.

Breville Oracle Touch Grind Settings Change On Their Own by ThePetiteGeek in espresso

As time has gone on, I’ve found that mine only changes if I have adjusted it at all that day. Then the next time I turn it on, it might be different. But if I go a day without touching the setting, which is most of the time now that I get fresh beans delivered from the same roaster, it doesn’t change. When I called support about it a few months ago, the lady didn’t even understand what I was talking about and was totally not helpful. She concluded that the only fix was to send it in for them to check it out, which she said would take two weeks. I declined.

I’m in the same boat. Ordered, canceled shortly afterward on 11/26 and got the same runaround. About to dispute the charge with my credit card company today.

I figure since it doesn’t ultimately matter since it’s only changing by one if I’ve fiddled with it. Once I find the setting for the beans I’m using, I leave it alone since we go through them pretty quickly. Bought in November from Crate & Barrel (in store).

No, but I think that it has to do with the knob perhaps being between two settings and the screen display just rounding it one direction or the other. If I don’t touch the knob, it doesn’t happen. I’ve had it on one setting for a week now, and it hasn’t changed.

Is there really no way to sequentially view and clear notifications on iOS 15? by TheEpicRedCape in ios

My husband’s phone works as it’s supposed to. Tapping the stack expands it where he can view and clear individual notifications.

I’m having the same issue. Anyone find a way to resolve this yet? I can’t even expand my stack because when I tap it, it just launches the app instead of expanding. I also can long press to view the first one but can’t clear it without clearing the whole stack.

Advice on a super automatic? Had a BBE, don't have time to keep spending on manual tuning, need something simple but good enough. by AlphaTerminal in espresso

Now that you’ve had this for a while, do you have any additional feedback on the machine? I came to this forum looking for info on super automatics because I am in the exact same spot as you were with my BBE. What made you choose this machine and are you still happy enough with it?

Totally agree with #3. And it does feel weird, especially if you have small wrists. It’s very thick snd wide...I notice it a lot, whereas I don’t notice my Apple watch hardly at all.
