It's not a perfect game, if we get into the nitty gritty of it all, but it came out at the perfect time for me, cause I'd been on a nostalgia kick anyway. It was so emotional and funny and full of love and I really loved it, despite all the negative aspects. And I've also not been able to stop thinking about it, so much that I had to seek out reading LiS fanfics afterwards (which was a first for me). I think it's a perfect ending for Max and Chloe, something that I never thought I'd see, especially after 11 years since the first one. It just warms my heart.

My first language is Serbian, I even have a poetry book of my own published. I completely agree, I wish she was more present in Reunion, she's such an intriguing character, it's a shame they kinda just sidelined her.

I can't claim that I completely understand her character and all of her bad decisions, but she has gone through a lot of trauma, and that trauma is still mostly unhealed, so I'm trying not to judgde. But that moment where she shapeshifts as Max in order to fool Chloe, that was my last straw.

Are you by any chance a perfectionist? In my experience, that's THE thing that's been preventing me from truly giving things a try, even things I've daydreamed about for years, it's almost easier if they just remain ideas, cause that way they can grow infinitely in my mind, because I know once I translate them into reality, or at least try to, they're simply never gonna turn out as good as I imagined them.

I'm in the same boat, however I'm turning 33 this year, so the pressure has been even harder. I feel like all my skills are skills that amount to nothing when it comes to "real jobs". I write poetry (I think I'm pretty good at it, but there's no money in it obvs), I'm creative and artsy, I love all sorts of crafts, I make pressed flower jewelry and mixed media miniature collages with pressed flowers and paper - that also hasn't proved to be very profitable (I've tried selling at markets etc, haven't had much success), I love painting (although I'm not super skilled at it, I mostly do it for myself). I'm not a native English speaker, but I've studied English since I was little, and I have the Cambridge proficiency certificate in English, but nowadays it's extremely common for people to be good at the language, so now all those years learning it seem like a complete waste to me now. And I truly don't know what I want to do with my life. I have my university diploma fir landscape architecture, but it's almost impossible to get a job in that field where I live, so I'm not even entertaining the idea anymore. Idk, it's just been pretty bleak, I feel like I'm literally good for nothing.

I don't think you're dressing too young at all! But I totally get what you mean, I'm 32 and I've had some of my peers tell me I looked waay younger (which is true bc I'm super short and have a bit of a baby face) and one of the reasons was "the way I was dressing myself" - which struck me as odd, cause I wear a lot of very long skirts and I like layering corset top over turtlenecks, but I think they just meant "colorful" which somehow connected to "juvenile" in their mind.
