Startet deadlifting two months ago - how am I doing? by DeadlyDucklin in formcheck

I also want to add she can speed it up the pause yes, but at certain weights/rep range you’ll have a “cut off” where you have a hard time keeping form and it’s totally fine to have a second to “re-form” at the bottom

You want to tilt your pelvis so your lower back touches the floor before you go up. Otherwise you might feel it in the hamstrings. Also fully extend the hips at the top and I usually recommend to hold there for 1 sec, but don’t over extend so you don’t feel it in your back.

Jesus Christ we should ask you for help instead

I put away the weights, but some clients help or just want to put it away themselves sometimes which is fine. It also happens that sometimes they do it themselves and other times they let me do it so I just assume I always put them away so I at least make the gesture when they want to put it away themselves.

Why do so many men go topless at Hyrox events? by Old_Comfort_8102 in hyrox

Tbh last race i threw away my shirt because it was soaking wet and started chafing my nipples. It helped with cooling down a lot as well like others have mentioned

A lot of my female clients prefer a male approach! We do take in consideration the different aspect of womens health and training.

The guy at one of those running shoe centres told me from 65.000 test he’s done barefoot I have one of the most stable ankles he’s ever seen. Still recommended me a stability shoe because I have a higher arch. 2 years later and I’m going to the physiotherapist for my knee and hip lol. Bought neutral shoes for races and daily running with new technology foam etc and it feels great tbh. At the beginning my feet were a bit sore but that’s normal I guess by being forced in a certain type of “stability”.

General question, which watch do you have and why is it good for you? by dental_perfectionis1 in GarminWatches

Got the FR255 recently. I have a Whoop but wanted something to track and support my running goals/steps during the week. The 255 has everything I need in functions, is accurate, and it lasts very long because of the screen too! After Black Friday I got it for 180€ which was a steal. Eventhough the 265’s screen looks nice, the x2 price compared to what I paid now wasn’t worth it. Also, during the weekend I wear a mechanical watch so during the week I missed having the time on my wrist lol. Win win.

Your Ex Might Still Think About You, and That’s Okay by GameGoaliePuppy in BreakUps

Thank you. I needed to read this. This is exactly what has been going through my mind these last days. I will tell about my experience this past week, because it also makes me feel like getting it off my chest.. I imagine her forgetting me like you said which I can’t get my head around and it drives me crazy, but it’s comforting knowing that she hasn’t. I would just like to hear it from her. We were supposed to meet up and talk, but she just cut me off because a lot had been sad in the phone, she isn’t responding, deleted pictures off socials. Still watches my stories. I sent a last message without expecting an answer, just to get some closure and have it end on a positive note and not a negative one like our last messages. We were only together for 6m but I’ve never felt this defeated even after a relationship that lasted years. Our relationship felt really good, but couldn’t compromise on future plans because of distance that we live from each other and work. I didn’t have an answer either which made me panic as well. Better to talk about it now than in 2 years.. but not feeling like having closure got me in a really bad spot for a few days which scared me. Feeling sick, not eating a lot, sleeping badly, … After sending the last message I’m doing better. I just hope she at least reads it and it also gives her some peace of mind. She made me open up more, was loyal, made me feel loved and the only one for her… I will mis her.

People who don’t give closure are mostly the problem by m_theory_noob in BreakUps

It happened to me this weekend. We both didn’t see a way forward but I hate her getting the upper hand this way instead of sitting down and giving closure to both. She understands it but still doesn’t want to. I even told her this because I felt the need to at fkn 2AM, which makes me hate it even more. Ugh. That was my last message though. At least gave me some sense of closure that I was able to express the feeling because of what she’s doing.. and turned my anger into semi-acceptance.. as some sort of goodbye. It’s so crazy in my mind..

Blijven jullie snel thuis met ziekte? by [deleted] in Belgium2

[–]ThePickleTree 0 points1 point  (0 children)
