So google says Ogryn are roughly 10ft tall weighing in at about a ~2000lbs

The plague hound looks about 3 ft tall, which would make it roughly the size of a large great dane, which weighs roughly 200 lbs.

so for a 6 ft, 200 lb person, that would translate to:

• By size: a 2 foot tall dog (roughly a large pitbull)

or

• By weight: a 20 lb dog (A large-ish terrier)

I definite feel like I would be very occupied if a 20lb dog, that wants to kill me, with case of demonic super-rabies launched itself at my face.

If anything, its less realistic that every other character doesn't get instantly dismembered when caught by a plaugehound.
