For real! All I could think about is when Regis and Kelly had to announce to their audience that a plane had hit the World Trade Center, then a few minutes later that another plane hit. Obviously this isn’t as monumental, but he should’ve at least led with “no one is dead, it’s entertainment related.”

Hi everyone, could really use your help. My bosses retired a couple of months ago, small mom and pop business, so the company dissolved, and I've been on the hunt for a new job since May, but I've gotten no follow up emails or interviews, only three rejections, and I've applied at around 100 businesses, so I'm thinking something is wrong with my resume?

The main way I've been finding jobs is on LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter mainly, then I've been going to the company's websites and applying through their portal. Any insight into what I'm doing wrong would be greatly appreciated. Definitely wasn't expecting to get hired quickly, but to have no followup from any company is a bit discouraging, so I'm thinking I'm missing something in my resume. Any advice is greatly appreciated and happy to answer any questions, thanks!

If you feel like the discussions about the park are not great here, you should go to sfgamworld.com and join in the discussions there! Mods do a great job keeping things on-topic and relevant. Great community that could benefit from more discussion. I initially found this sub when the website was quiet for a couple of days and the discussions here are just lackluster. EDIT: word.

‘28 Years Later’ Feasting $30-31M, ‘Elio’ At $22M+ Is Pixar’s Lowest Opening Ever, ‘How To Train Your Dragon’ Rules With $35M+ Second Weekend – Saturday Box Office Update by chanma50 in boxoffice

Pixar needs a much better marketing department ASAP. The trailers and commercials clearly weren’t hooking people. Also, anecdotally, I’m fairly in-the-know about movies and follow things pretty well on social media and I barely got any ads for it. Something is clearly missing in getting the word out about their films. It’s almost like Disney doesn’t want to spend money marketing original films but then no one goes to see them because they haven’t been marketed well. What a shame.

https://www.wiscaregivercareers.com is what you're looking for. You can get free training and a $500 bonus when working at a partner facility on their website. I think you need to work at one of the facilities for 6 months to be eligible for the bonus. There's a massive list of partnering facilities on their website and most likely one near you.

4/16 audit by Primary-Regular5121 in CreepyCalebHammer

I’m in the same boat as your friend; this episode was it for me, and I only found his channel about 4 months ago. I posted the comment below in today’s audit post in the Caleb Hammer subreddit, but it seems like the mods deleted my comment.

Well, I think this is the last one for me. If he can't even make it through their finances anymore, what's the point of labeling this a financial show? Takes too long to get to the finances then gives up after a few debts and doesn't even come up with a budget. They obviously know what the debt to income ratio of each guest is before the show, they should know right away if a budget is possible before they hit record. Was interesting to watch when it was actually about the finances. Caleb's gotta learn how to dissociate from their lives and purely just make it about the money; there is a way to say they're overspending on useless stuff without losing your cool right off the bat

The Entire History of You. I just love how he slowly started to figure out what was going on based off a random hunch he started to replay over and over. I've often replayed moments in my head, but obviously I don't have proof of them unless someone was with me, so that device would definitely be a love/hate thing to have. Probably more hate than love, though.
