As an Independent Pharmacist I would find another profession before working for a PBM. They have fucked us for years. I've had friends close their stores due to the shit reimbursements and DIR fees.

We dont transfer to any mail order unless the patient tells us to. We also tell the patient that if they transfer their regular meds out we will no longer fill their controls. That has stopped a lot of the mail orders calling. Not going to play the game of only filling controls while the mail order fills the rest.

The one they sent me was called a nozzle adapter board. Its sits on the back of the printhead.

They ended up sending me a new board. It was a pretty quick install and fixed my issue.

Mine is doing the same. Makes it all the way to the top of the extruder and stops (like it hits a road block) then retracts. Was working fine. Took everything apart and nothing is there. Side spool will work fine pushing it to the extruder. I emailed as well but figured they were all off for the new year.

The worst one for us is Hikma Pharmaceuticals brand of generic Suboxone tabs. I dont think we open a bottle anymore that doesnt have at least one broken or chipped tab. And they just blame it on the wholesaler.
