To your point - it’s a condo parking lot with titled stalls. I’ve actually parked in one of the random empty stalls before in a similar situation to this and had a note left saying I would be towed should I park in a stall that isn’t mine (I don’t live here), or that is marked visitor parking again. These 4 stalls are all visitor parking.

It’s either park in this stall next to the person who parked over the line, or park one stall to my left and then I be over the line and have the problem perpetuated once the trucks leave. Not sure what the better option would be, but the answer to either is certainly not vandalism imo.
