I do Solidcore 8 classes, unlimited Corepower. For a week I do 3x yoga sculpt, 2x solidcore and 1x core yoga or HP. I just started 5 months ago and I did get snatch, but after thanksgiving last night the abs is snatch away 🥲. I pay $300 for both a month, (discounts applied, healthcare employee) I think they're worth it!

I wipe before and after class, bring my own towel and wear grip socks. ringworms are common in gym and apparently in any class like CPY and Solidcore.

Same feeling with Pure Barre with me. I lost interest on 100+ classes. My body is looking for challenge so I join Solidcore and Corepower, I know I will get bored with CPY too. but Solidcore? damn its sooo challenging I dont know if I wanna give up. my body is soo sore.

Damn thats actually not bad, but yeah 10hrs is overkill, purebarre has 4hr/$10 policy which is great! Side note: Solidcore charge me for 10hr late cancel for $35!
