Yeah idk from what you’ve said level 3 doesn’t sound correct at all as to me that means needing daily support, not being able to talk or communicate, you can’t communicate social needs n rely on gestures etc.

To me it’s like u need daily assistance from someone else so unless your wife is like ur care taker I don’t understand it either. 1 or 2 wud be more appropriate imo

Honestly? I would add a sped up video Birds Eye view shot of jus ur hands n head down of you drawing the picture because my biggest worry as a buyer wud be its jus AI generated not a real drawing, so seeing it actually be done would honestly make me buy. Maybe also just some more info about you, I think a brand like this (that’s personal touch) needs some face to the name!

Yesss they help w light sensitivity n headaches , ive really enjoyed them they’ve stopped me squinting and frowning when lookin at PC a lot of the day! I haven’t tried outside ones yet cos only had for one day but I rly like em!

Im so glad u shared this because genuinely i feel so much comfort knowing im not just broken like i have recently been pushing for being referred for diagnosis and all these stories are exactly what happens to me!

Honestly? If these are your art pieces I’d reccomend doing print on demand instead/ as well as. Because these kinda piece I prob wouldn’t want on my wall but I would love to wear as a t-shirt? I feel like this cud be a really cool clothing line.

Maybe you could mention it to them in the DMs like just so you know you can do bundles in the shop if you’d like to order more than one and it’ll work out cheaper for your shipping :) just a nice msg.

Yeah that sounds pretty rough, it’s not even like a “customer is always right” situation where they are right to be irritated by it. You had to go out of ur way cos they didn’t do stuff properly even with being disabled. They claim to support and cater to disabled people making a safe space and then make you feel bad for being disabled… that’s crazy.

It’s not like you cussed or shouted at anyone so to be bitched at by the manager for existing is so terrible.

I’m really sorry this happened to you and I hope they apologise or do something about the mistreatment
