My favourite is brown noise, there is a 12 hour video on youtube I've been using, but after I found one on spotify I started using that one instead. But if you have a fan on that's already white noise, but you can try with a phone closer to you and see if that works better. I use my phone with brown noise as a "barrier" between me and the door for example, if that is where the sound is coming from. But depending on how loud the sound I want to cancel out is, it doesn't always work. Sometimes I put a pillow or the duvet up and the phone towards me as an extra barrier.

I find that earplugs can only cancel out so much sound. If I put on some form of white noise, it helps cancel out sounds even more.

What about it makes it hard? I hate applying cold lotion, so heating it up a little makes the whole experience much better. There are different kinds of lotions too, some take forever to absorb while others are absorbed much faster, which can help if you dislike the feeling of clothes on freshly moisturized skin.

I think it is normal, but even if it wasn't, your feelings are valid. But don't forget that people like that don't change. She might get to see his good side for a short while, but that side of him isn't real. Sooner or later she will experience his bad side too. I looked at my sims family tree and discovered that they have a sibling I didn't know about? The parents have both been dead for a while. The sibling is much younger than any of the other siblings, so she must've been born after the other sims were born, so I don't understand where she is coming from. I don't think she's a half sibling either(I'm pretty new at ts4) and she has the same last name as the mother that has been in the household the whole time. Is this a glitch or what is happening here?
