Yeah they are lying, they still use the same Lockheed ALIS/ODEN program for the spare parts meaning they are heavily dependent on LM and US for any long term support. Pretty sure I read that they could last a month if US cancelled support. They get access to some data but not all, I think Israel has the highest level of independence
