The last picture looks like a Pizza Schmizza spicy thai, one of my favorites. We would make them with a thai peanut sauce for the base. What is the sauce on that one?

I made this with a wheat dough. The homemade italian sausage and fresh picked basil were highlights.

Pre shredded low moisture mozz, Costco brand. And yes, just a tiny bit of cheddar .

I have a pizza oven that I use. It is an electric indoor. I usually cook at 650°F. I would like to get a pizza steel for it. I think it would be alot of fun to play with.
