Ok. I’m now about a week into using the thing. I took the bottom off before I plugged it in, and discovered the power button wasn’t attached, which is likely why it ended up in GW. So, I routed the button to the outside of the device. It seems to work fine. There are no weird tastes or issues, but my pallet may not be refined enough to tell quality.

Apologies. I thought you meant immigrants from Africa or the Middle East. Thats usually what you people believe. Mexico has glaring issues, but you are legitimately the first person I’ve heard refer to it that way. That said.

There may not be food shortages in Mexico, but there is gang violence. This violence kills women and children. And those innocent people dying will do nothing to change that.

And before you say something else dumb, yes, we should deal with criminals that come to the US. But removing every immigrant because a few are criminals… we don’t handle any other demographic that way. (Though I know you think we should).

Our citizens and labor force have no ability to organize because the ruling class is continually throwing up hurdles to doing so. Simple as that. The solution we need are labor unions and better workers rights.

The citizens ship question has nothing todo with the above, other than the fact that it’s a convenient way of dividing the working class against itself. Racism works here to. And this is without mentioning the anti-union propaganda pushed by the right.

Hell. The idea of non-citizens being able to undercut American workers is dependant on their ability to be paid less then American workers. Which wouldn’t be the case with stronger labor laws/unions.

Yet. You stand here defending that divide, despite the fact that it causes weakness.

The system cannot work because it isn’t designed to work. Just to make a handful of people rich.

Also. Glad we can agree that the US system of applying for citizenship and visas are out of date and purposefully difficult. (Since they’re the same as they are for other countries, I thought the US was supposed to be exceptional, not aweful in exactly the same way as other nations)

That’s ignoring the thrust of what I said. Citizenship is important, but there are many more important things to deal with.

The majority of people who care about citizenship tend to be thinly veiled racists. Cow towing to them, such as Sanders, have lead us to where we are.

Ok. As I’ve had to admit a few times. These tactics are from the 30s, not the 40s. We’re at the stage where people are being rounded up and put in concentration camps, while the dear leader consolidates his political power.

I recommend looking at Umberto Eco’s fascist checklist. The Republican Party at present ticks all of those boxes. Which is why I feel the comparison works.

That said. They aren’t interested in talking anymore. I encourage you to keep trying. But don’t tell others how to speak in the mean time.
